All membership fees paid to Rishte Bandhan are strictly non-refundable, in full or in part, once a payment is successfully processed via Razorpay. This applies regardless of how much of the membership you have used, and applies from the moment of purchase — there is no cooling-off period. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
You may stop using your membership or deactivate your account at any time, but doing so does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your membership term. Membership fees are charged for access granted for the stated duration, not for actual usage.
The only exception to this policy is a genuine payment processing error — for example, if you are charged more than once for the same membership plan due to a payment gateway or technical error, or if a payment is deducted from your account but the membership was never activated. In such verified cases, contact us with your payment reference and we will investigate and refund the duplicate or failed charge within 7–10 business days of verification.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (for example, a fake profile or fraudulent activity), you are not entitled to a refund of any membership fee, active or otherwise.
Rishte Bandhan memberships do not auto-renew by default — each plan is a one-time purchase valid for its stated duration. If auto-renewal is introduced in future, any charge collected under it will also be governed by this no-refund policy unless cancelled before the applicable billing date.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where such a law applies, that law will take precedence over this policy to the extent required.
